Troubleshooting

Start with the message or behavior you observe. Do not repeat an action that could delete data until you have saved any copy you need.

Sign-in and invitations

Symptom. You cannot sign in, or the invitation says “The link has expired.”, “The link has already been used.”, or “You already belong to this workspace.”

Check in the app. Make sure you are signed in with the correct email. For an invitation restricted to an email address, the account email must match the invitation email.

Safe action. If a link has expired or has already been used, ask an administrator to create a new invitation. If your password does not work, contact the workspace administrator: self-service password reset is not available. See Getting started for the full sign-in and invitation acceptance process.

No projects or a missing section

Symptom. You see “No projects available”, or a section you need is missing from the sidebar.

Check in the app. Open the “Project” switcher and check “Account” and “Projects”. Section availability depends on “View” permission.

Safe action. Do not create a new project in place of the one you need. Ask the owner to add you to the project or grant permission to view the required section. See Getting started for choosing an account and project.

Widget installation is not confirmed

Symptom. After “Check connection”, you see “Code not found yet”, or “Widget integration” still shows “Waiting for your website to connect”.

Check in the app. Open “Widget integration” in the sidebar. After the first request from the live website, it shows “Website connected”, the address, and the last request time. On the website, make sure one copy of the code is published and loads successfully.

Safe action. Publish the checked changes, open the website at least once, and click “Check again”. See Home for the installation steps.

Content does not appear

Symptom. Active content is not visible to a visitor.

Check in the app. In the content card, check the status, display period, targeting, and limits. For an update, check the widget; for other content, check the website connection.

Safe action. Fix only the rule or field that excludes the test visitor, then check display on the website. Open the main guide for the format you need: Updates, Popups, Checklists, Product tours, or Feedback.

An event is not received

Symptom. A custom event does not appear in “Events” or cannot be selected in content settings.

Check in the app. Make sure the event has been created, the widget is installed, “Collect visitor data” is enabled, and “When to collect data” allows collection for the test visitor.

Safe action. Test one expected scenario on the website and create a new custom event if the action's meaning has changed; do not change the meaning of an event already in use. See Events for the setup process.

Analytics is empty

Symptom. You see “Nothing found”, metrics do not appear, or “Could not load analytics” is displayed.

Check in the app. Change the period and filters. Check your permission to view analytics, widget installation, “Collect visitor data”, and “When to collect data”.

Safe action. If loading fails, check your permissions and click “Retry”. If the request succeeded but there is no data, show the content to a test visitor and perform the expected action with it. Check the selected period. Look for custom events such as report_created in the visitor profile; they do not change content metrics. See Analytics for metric definitions.

Draft conflict

Symptom. Saving a checklist shows “Change conflict”.

Check in the app. Make sure another session or member has not saved a newer version of the checklist.

Safe action. First click “Copy your JSON” and save the copy somewhere safe. Then click “Load current version”; this replaces the draft with the server version. See Checklists for the checklist workflow.

Publication is blocked

Symptom. The “Review” step shows “Fix errors”, or “Readiness” prevents publication.

Check in the app. Open each listed field with “Fix: …” or “Edit” and check the required values.

Safe action. Fix the listed fields and reopen “Review”; warnings do not block publication. See Popups for the main popup workflow and Feedback for campaigns.
