Appearance
Open “Appearance” in the sidebar. The shared style applies to the feed, popups, checklists, and tours. If a content item has its own settings, they retain priority. Changing the shared style also affects content that is already published.
Access and permissions
Opening this section requires “View” in the “Widget” row. The first save requires “Create” and “Edit”; subsequent saves require “Edit”. The account owner has all permissions.
Set the style
Under “Shared style”, set:
- “Font” and “Font size, px”;
- “Text color” and “Muted text color”;
- “Background color”;
- “Card and window color”;
- “Border color”;
- “Primary color”;
- “Corner radius, px”;
- “Base spacing, px”;
- “Border width, px”;
- “Popup and window shadow”.
For example, change “Primary color” and check the button in “Preview”. Colors set on individual content items stay as you configured them.
On the right, “Preview” shows an “Appearance example” with an update card, a button, and a sample window. It changes as you edit the fields.

“Unsaved changes” means visitors still see the previous style. Click “Save settings” or “Discard changes”. “Restore default style” fills the form with the default values; save them if you want to apply the reset on your website.
